From 13th to 17th September, Korrun Group Chairman Mr. Fan, led the senior management team to visit the Korrun India Manufacturing base.
Johaness, GM of Korrun India, led the senior management team to visit and check the Maddur and Mysore factories of Korrun India. From cutting section to warehouse, and production lines, every detail shows the efficiency and good condition of 2 factories.During the meeting with India local leaders, the executives had cordial conversations with them and sat together to discuss topics such as production operations, team training, employee development and so on.
In addition, the senior management team also visited the Shahi factory and Toyota factory. In order to strengthen the business layout in the Indian market, the team also met with the personnel from the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry and had in-depth communication.
In addition, the senior management team also went to inspect land projects, laying the foundation for future capacity expansion and supply chain optimization of Korrun India.
Senior executives are actively integrated into the local teams. On the day of India Ganesh Festival, senior management and Indian employees blessed and danced together. This is a cross-border festival celebration that enhances team cohesion and accelerates cultural integration!
The senior management team also toured with Chinese staffs to experience traditional Indian culture and further deepening their understanding of the local culture.
In addition, the senior management team also conducted home visits to 11 outstanding Indian employees. During the home visits, executives not only expressed care and greetings, but also conveyed affirmation and gratitude to the employees' families.

Korrun pays attention to the livelihood of overseas cadres and all aspects of their lives. The new dormitory for overseas cadres is to be completed, which will further optimize the living conditions. The senior management team also visited the new dormitory building during this trip to ensure a safe and comfortable accommodation environment for overseas cadres.

On 17th September, senior management held a meeting with Korrun India Chinese staffs, and the trip came to a successful ending. In the evening, the senior management team and all the Chinese staffs had a reunion dinner in the Bangalore Chinese restaurant to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Dinner was the perfect end to the trip.
