Korrun 2024 Spring Overseas Campus Recruitment ended successfully!

In May 2024, Korrun 2024 spring overseas campus recruitment project successfully ended! The project was initiated by Korrun Global Human Resource Centre. The project aimed at recruiting outstanding graduates from overseas universities and colleges through campus seminars, job postings and school-enterprise exchanges. It covered a total of 4 universities and colleges in 3 cities in Indonesia, attracting more than 300 Indonesian students to participate!

Catherine, VP & CHRO of Korrun, and Sabrina, Recruitment Director of Global Human Resources Centre, travelled from China to Indonesia to prepare and hold 4 campus presentations together with Cynthia Ranesi, M., and M. Affandy, the local HR team of Korrun Indonesia manufacturing base. The partner institutions include Semarang State University, Trinity University, Batcharan University, and International Institute of Foreign Languages Bandung, all of which are ranked among the top universities in Indonesia and have outstanding Chinese language majors.

At the presentation in school seminars, the headmaster introduced the school's professional and student profile, expressed a warm welcome to the Korrun team and showed an eager desire to cooperate with Korrun, hoping that through the co-operation between the school and the enterprise to jointly promote the development of students' post-graduation employment, and to deliver outstanding talents with professional skills and global vision to the enterprise and the society!

Catherine, VP & CHRO of Korrun, mentioned that Korrun attaches great importance to the cultivation and development of localized talents. Korrun hopes to integrate the advantages of high-level talent cultivation of the university into the construction of the enterprise talent team.

In the future, Korrun will also actively promote more school-enterprise cooperation to build talent team with a global vision and in line with the Group's strategic goal of talent localization!

In the subsequent Q&A session, the students actively asked questions about career development, company culture and other aspects. Korrun admissions officers gave detailed answers. During the Q&A session, students gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Korrun.

The school recruitment activities not only deepen the attention and understanding of local students to Korrun, but also help to expand Korrun's influence and popularity in Indonesia, laying a foundation for the company to attract more outstanding talents to join!

This school-enterprise cooperation in Indonesia is closely related to Korrun's strategy of "Going Global". As the largest production base of Korrun, Indonesia is of great strategic significance.
