多家客户到访开润各制造基地考察交流


4-6月, 迪卡侬客户多次到访开润滁州和印度制造基地，双方在全球化管理、自动化等方面进行深入交流，为开润和迪卡侬的合作深化奠定基础！

4-6月期间，VF、Callaway、JR286客户团队先后到访开润印尼宝岛和锦林工厂；PUMA客户到访开润印尼服装基地，几次访问为开润提供了向客户展示工厂成果的机会，客户均对开润工厂的现场改善、运营实况及项目成果给予了高度认可！

4月，开润高层管理团队赴开润印尼制造基地进行实地考察和交流，与中层干部及一线员工代表召开座谈会，探讨行业趋势及本地化运营等议题，为后续发展明确目标方向。

4月1日，开润B2B事业部软包核心管理团队参访特步蚌埠服装厂，双方围绕生产流程、MES系统和智能化设备等进行深度交流，为开润优化供应链和智能制造提供了实践参考。

上海嘉乐两项成果分别获国家专利与市级认定


上海嘉乐在功能性面料领域连续取得重大技术突破：7月，面料研发团队自主研发的“凉感提花针织面料及织造方法”获国家发明专利授权，该技术通过生物基聚酰胺+提花组织芯吸结构双重创新，赋予面料优异的透气降温性能与舒适弹性，显著优化夏季运动服饰的体感舒适度。

6月，团队研发的“单向导湿功能针织面料”获上海市高新技术成果转化项目认定，该面料运用亲疏水梯度设计突破传统排湿局限，实现高效水分单向传导，大幅提升运动场景的排湿透气效率。

两项成果凸显了嘉乐在材料创新、结构设计和工艺融合的三大核心能力。这些突破不仅强化了国产功能性面料的技术壁垒，更为运动服饰行业提供了创新解决方案，彰显了嘉乐从研发到应用的全链路创新能力。


03 业绩速览


开润各制造基地通过多项验厂及资质认证


4-6月期间，开润国内外生产基地在可持续发展、社会责任及国际标准认证领域捷报频传！

国内，滁润服装厂成功通过SLCP认证；嘉乐宣城成衣厂和上海面料厂均以优异成绩通过FEM认证；开润滁州总厂、开润未来、滁润服装厂、滁州米润正式获得GRS和RCS的联合认证证书。

海外，印尼宝岛工厂在NIKE FEM环境管理和社会责任验厂SLCP均成功通过认证，获得铜牌；印度一厂以193.7分高分通过RBA验厂；质量审核方面，印尼宝岛工厂获得VB防霉抗菌绿牌、HP直接出口资质，并高分通过Thule验厂和ISO年审；锦林工厂通过NIKE和PUMA质量审核。

2025开润“青藤班”腰部领导力项目启动


2025开润“青藤班”腰部领导力项目4月正式启动，项目聚焦中层管理干部群体，覆盖上海、滁州、印尼、印度四大区域，已开展三期共计12场培训。青藤班以“训战结合”模式开展，有力赋能了开润全球中层管理干部多维度能力提升，推动开润实现“良将如云、人才辈出” 的局面！

开润第二期KITE项目全面启动


6月，开润第二期KITE跨国人才项目正式启动，15名来自开润印尼、印度基地的高潜干部赴中国滁州展开三个月深度交换学习。学员深入国内制造基地一线学习和实践，了解中国文化、夯实全球化技能。KITE项目的持续运营为集团“全面出海”人才战略落地注入了源源不断的人才动能。

开润联合PPIT开展企业参访活动


5月24日，开润联合PPI Tiongkok（在华印尼学生协会）共同邀请了17名来自国内十余所知名高校的印尼留学生参访开润。本次活动为在华印尼留学生们提供了深入制造一线和近距离了解开润的机会，也将为开润未来吸纳更多优秀人才提供契机。

开润支持印尼共同希望语言学院“语通天下”中文技能比赛


5月17日，印尼共同希望语言学院“语通天下”中文技能比赛圆满落幕，活动吸引了来自印尼各地多所院校的两百余名参赛者，开润作为主赞助商，为参赛学生提供了宝贵的岗位信息和职业发展机会。

活动的圆满开展强化了开润雇主品牌在印尼中文社群的影响力，也为开润带来了直接的人才转化机会，推动了“全面出海”和"本地化"战略的落地。

开润PLM系统正式上线


6月1日，由开润自主开发的PLM（产品生命周期管理）系统正式上线！该系统由集团业务总经理提出需求，全球IE中心与IT系统技术开发部联合开发，通过数字化流程管控，显著提升了跨部门协同效率，实现了产品开发进度的可视化，全面满足了各节点管控的需求。

开润国内外基地同步推进专项培训


4-6月，开润国内外基地持续推进专项能力建设：滁州软包基地面向35名生产核心管理人员开展了“后拉式生产”专题培训，旨在推动基地的生产模式向精益化转型升级；印尼软包基地启动了面向海外中干的印尼语培训，总经理动员中干全员加强属地化能力，全力支持集团全球化战略落地。

开润海外制造基地践行社会责任


5-6月，开润印尼箱包和服装基地总经理分别带领核心团队走访了优秀员工家庭；同期，开润印度基地核心管理层也开展了家访行动。通过家访，公司向员工及家属传递感谢和尊重，强化员工凝聚力。

第二季度，开润印尼基地先后组织了两期"乐在印尼"外出团建，既丰富了外派中干的业余生活，也彰显出公司对员工的关怀与福利保障。
