1月22日，开润集团2026全球战略规划会在上海成功举办，开润全球各地区分会场同步直播观看，开润集团创始人&董事长范劲松先生发表了主题为“拥抱Al ·拥抱未来”的年度演讲，总结2025年成果，并向全员解读了集团2026年战略。同期举行2025年度评优颁奖典礼，共表彰250余名优秀员工及团队，以AI为翼，踏浪星海，扬帆启航赴新程

迪卡侬客户全球评审会

于开润印尼制造基地圆满召开

3月11-12日，迪卡侬背包全球Panel Review于开润印尼制造基地圆满召开，迪卡侬全球背包制程负责人、全球战略买手以及全球二十余位客户代表莅临参会。客户一行对开润印尼在软包、服装、硬箱领域的全流程管控与现场管理水平给予了高度认可。

开润持续推进人才出海与校企合作

在海外，开润策略招聘团队访问了马来西亚赫瑞-瓦特大学（Heriot-Watt University Malaysia）及英迪国际大学（INTI International），就人才输送及校企合作人才培养达成初步共识；并走进印尼慈育大学开展宣讲会，为数百名本土学生提供校招指导。

在国内，开润联合南通大学举办在华印尼留学生专场宣讲及面试，并与国际教育学院、商学院深化校企合作。未来，开润还将深入海内外更多高校，为集团海外业务扩张持续输送高素质人才。

开润旗下90分品牌墩墩箱Max在全球数万件参赛作品中脱颖而出，斩获2026年美国MUSE缪斯设计奖金奖。作为全球最具影响力的跨界设计大奖之一，MUSE金奖是对90分创新美学的国际认可，从墩墩1.0到墩墩Max的全面升级，90分坚持在效率至上的时代，为全球旅人提供一份鲜活自在的松弛。

滁州米润科技获评安徽省

“省级工业设计中心”

1月8日，滁州米润科技有限公司成功通过审核，正式被认定为安徽省“省级工业设计中心”，这一荣誉充分彰显了公司在工业设计领域的技术实力，也标志着公司在以设计赋能制造业转型方面取得了突出进展。

上海嘉乐斩获两项行业荣誉

上海嘉乐股份“轻磨毛花色面料”荣获中国流行趋势“优秀奖产品”，该面料以再生海洋纱为原料，兼具环保、美观与经济性。同时，公司成功入围由工信部等权威机构指导评选的“中国纤维流行趋势2026/2027年度合作伙伴”。

开润全球制造基地通过多项审核认证

1-3月，开润箱包和服装板块上海、滁州多个基地工厂相继通过了UQ、CDC、NIKE等客户验厂审核，以及ISO三体系认证和能源体系认证等。系列成果充分展现出开润各基地在质量管理、合规运营及可持续发展等方面的综合实力，为客户合作提供了有力保障。

小米箱包年货节联合共创

线上线下发力打爆品牌声量

春节期间，小米箱包聚焦年货节备年货、返乡、送礼核心场景，联合小米共创主题活动，在小红书，抖音，线下商场，品牌私域发起“过年装波大的”挑战活动，助力小米箱包年货节销售。

开润印尼服装基地开展多场文化工作坊

1-3月，开润印尼服装板块核心管理层及各个基地举办了多场文化共创工作坊，凝聚团队共识、深化团队联结，为战略落地和文化建设注入了内生动力。

2026制造主管能力提升特训营

3月18-19日，开润全球ME中心面向开润印尼服装基地开展了“管理能力提升特训班”，来自各工厂的60余名生产主管参训。课程将助力提升管理干部的现场能力和本地团队沟通水平，为生产提质增效奠定基础。

开润海外基地持续开展印尼语训练营

自2025年12月开营以来，开润印尼语培训项目已为超100名学员提供学习支持，目前每周任务完成率达90%，阶段性考试及格率100%。2026年3月13日，开润印尼软包基地举办第二期印尼语学习开班仪式，全体中干积极参与，训练营的开设将切实强化管理团队与本地员工的沟通协作能力。

开润印尼各基地举办开斋节活动

3月17-18日，开润印尼各基地庆祝开斋节，为员工发放节日礼物，邀请长老进行祈福开斋，基地全体员工参与。期间，大家共享节日喜悦，传递对家庭和美与幸福安康的美好祝愿。

1-3月，开润印尼软包、服装各基地持续开展了包括印尼员工家访、员工生日会、中干团建以及工会访谈交流在内的多项活动，从日常关怀到权益保障再到团队融合，不仅深化了员工关怀，更提升了团队凝聚。

开润印尼软包新厂房与服装新大门启用

2月14日，开润印尼软包基地新厂房正式启用，基地总经理陪同本地长老祈福，各部门负责人及员工代表共同参与。3月9日，开润印尼服装哲巴拉工厂新大门启用，副总裁兼B2B全球生产运营总经理范风云携员工代表及当地海关、村长共同见证。

两项基础设施的升级将提升生产空间与实现人车分流，标志着开润印尼基地的规范化管理水平再上新台阶。

3月8日，开润全球共庆"三八"妇女节，通过赠花等活动向全体女性员工传递关怀与祝福。
