多家品牌客户与开润各制造基地开展考察交流活动

5-6月，开润各制造基地陆续接待了迪卡侬、Briggs& Riley、VF、Antler、Vera Bradley等多个品牌客到访考察交流，来访客户深入了解工厂现场管理、运营情况及项目成果，并对开润在现场改善、运营管理及项目推进等方面取得的成效给予高度认可。

5月26日-6月1日，开润业务一部团队代表赴法国拜访迪卡侬各大核心品牌客户，展开高效深入的交流，并与多个品牌达成合作意向。

6月8日-6月9日，迪卡侬全球战略买手、迪卡侬-开润全球partner leader及核心团队一行来访开润滁州基地，开润B2B全球业务总经理Rocky和业务一部团队予以接待。双方就未来五年战略方向进行全面谱写并达成高度共识，为接下来的合作发展指明了清晰的方向。

5月，开润与印尼坤甸共同希望语言学院连续第三年签署校企实习实训合作协议，未来将围绕定向培养、实习输送开展长期合作，精准为印尼基地输送中文专业技能毕业生。

上海嘉乐4款面料入围2026年度印染面料创新开发产品名录

上海嘉乐股份有限公司“黑白条纹罗纹面料”“粗细针织保暖针织面料”“软糯质感瑜伽面料”“仿棉汗隐提花针织面料”等4款面料成功入选《2026年度印染面料创新开发产品名录》，彰显了公司深耕针织面料赛道、聚焦细分应用场景的研发创新实力。

开润全球制造基地通过多项验厂审核及体系认证

4-6月，开润全球制造基地在各项验厂审核与体系认证中取得系列成果。国内外多个工厂相继通过VF、Thule、MUJI、DELL、adidas、Vera Bradley、迪卡侬等客户的验厂审核，并顺利完成ISO 9001换证审核。同时，上海、滁州多个制造基地获得FEM、RWS等认证证书。

米家箱包海外电商布局覆盖荷兰、法国、日本区域

6月，荷兰、法国本土电商平台bol上新米家箱包10款，日本亚马逊平台上新米家箱包8款，出海战略稳步实践中。

开润参与海内外多场引才活动

广纳国际化人才

4-5月，开润积极参与海内外多场人才招聘活动。

国内，先后参加北京化工大学国际学职发展节暨北京高校国际人才双选会、上海高质量国际人才交流会暨 HSK 来华留学就业展，借助企业推介、现场职业咨询对接多国在华留学生，拓宽全球人才储备渠道。

海外，深度参与在印尼棉兰举行的Mandarin Job Fair、亚洲国际友好学院校园招聘会，以及在印尼坤甸举行的共同希望语言学院招聘会，通过现场互动与定向筛选，精准触达中印尼双语人才，为印尼生产基地的本地化运营提供有力的人力支撑。

4-6月，开润印尼各基地相继开展了多场文化共创工作坊，以沉浸式互动、真诚化交流、共创式研讨，完成凝心、融心、赋能的团队成长之旅，深化团队联结，为战略落地和文化建设注入内生动力。

4月24日，开润印尼软包基地召开MES系统认证合格表彰大会，相关项目成员和受表彰员工参会。现场为受表彰员工颁发认证证书，鼓舞全员聚力攻坚，坚定持续推进项目落地、团队再创佳绩的信心。

5月21日-5月23日，开润印尼Formosa公司成功召开集体劳动协议（PKB）制定协商会，公司管理层协商团队与工会代表共同参会。本次会议旨在凝聚各方共识，推动建立更加公平、透明、和谐的劳动关系制度。

开润印尼各基地同步推进专项培训


5-6月，开润印尼各基地持续推进专项能力建设：印尼软包基地邀请YCM第三方机构面向品质、生产、仓库等部门员工开展“防霉抗菌”专题培训，旨在提高印尼软包基地的产品安全防霉抗菌能力；印尼万隆成衣厂组织中干员工开展印尼语培训，旨在促进团队融合、提升生产效率。

开润印尼服装基地开展印尼语训练营

6月27日，开润印尼服装基地第一期印尼语训练营顺利结营，本期训练营于2025年12月启动，共计开展15周，课程包含了印尼语字母发音、基础语法、工作场景定制课等内容。现阶段已有33名学员完成课程学习，训练营的开设为开润印尼服装基地的文化融合、管理效率提升奠定了良好的基础。
